No! We aren't going to lock you in with a crazy contract. If your business needs change or for some reason you are just not happy with our work we can easily part ways. Honestly we want you to look at that line item in your budget that says NRD Tech and say to yourself "this team is so worth the money".
Usually teams start within 1-2 weeks of contract signing.
Yes - we believe that real-time communication is critical in startups and small businesses. We require a minimum or 2 hours every day that development teams are available in your time zone to connect with you.
No, our minimum package, even for 1 developer, will include at least some time for that developer to be managed by our NRD Tech leadership.
What if we have our own project manager already?
We are happy to partner with your existing project management team structure. We want to be helpful, not in the way.
For software developers we charge a fixed monthly fee per Full-Time development resource. Prices vary based on the level and type of experience needed.
Fractional CTO is also a fixed monthly fee. The price will depend on the projected amount of time needed per month and will be outlined in the proposal.
