Our Process
Step Two
Proposal Provided
After your meeting, we will provide you with a custom proposal for a team that can accomplish what you are trying to do.
The proposal will specify a team that makes sense to get started but the size of the team can flex up and down as business needs change.
Step Three
Agreement & Plan
Once the agreement is signed the Team Lead will meet with you to spec out the initial roadmap. The elaborateness of this will depend very much on the build requested.
We don't want to ready-fire-aim but we also aren't going to spend months of time planning when we could get started on step 1 right way.
STEP FOUR
Agile Development
From the roadmap we will create the initial stories and tasks that need to be done. Our team will work bi-weekly sprints delivering meaningful results every 2 weeks.
For long running projects, it is typical for the Software Architect to connect at least monthly with the business units to update the roadmap based on business changes and development progress.
We want to make it cost effective for startups and small businesses to have access to the knowledge and guidance of world class technology leaders and top-tier developers at a fraction of the cost.
